Marcus graduated from the University of Melbourne holding undergraduate and graduate qualifications in the Arts, Law, Business and Economics faculties, later receiving a Law Master's degree specialising in Competition and Corporate Law. Richard has more than 24 years experience in financial markets encompassing equities research, advisory, asset allocation and portfolio management. Richard’s experience includes research analyst at Merrill Lynch, institutional equities at Deutsche Bank, portfolio manager at Antares Equities and AMP Capital Investors. Richard has covered industrials and small caps, asset allocation, equity income strategies and long/short strategies. Richard holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Economics from the University of Newcastle.
Claire supports the investment team conducting company & industry research. Claire’s previous experience includes roles at KPMG and boutique wealth manager Evertang Group. Claire holds Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Finance from the University of Melbourne and is CFA Level III candidate.
Will supports the investment team conducting company and industry research at both a qualitative and quantitative level. Will is also involved in the development and maintenance of Blackmore Capital's portfolio and risk management systems. Will holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and his previous experience includes roles at Australian Super, Boeing and the Reece Group.
Sophia has 20+ years experience in the financial services industry including asset management, wealth advisory and property development & investment. Sophia has worked within start-up environments and large wealth management groups managing in excess of $10bln+ of capital. Matthew is one of the founding partners and currently the Head of Alternative Funds Management at Artesian Capital Management, which was founded in 2004 with capital from ANZ private equity and the partners. He is also the CIO of the Artesian Australian Corporate Bond Fund and a managing partner of Artesian Venture Partners. Prior to Artesian, Matthew spent 12 years trading global bond and credit product for investment banks including ANZ , HSBC and Macquarie Bank in Australia and the United Kingdom. Mathew has a Bachelor of Economics and a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning.
